I have a SIYI A8 gimble camera and it has a small issue. I have connected the camera to a herelink and it comes to the centre perfectly but immediately start moving a bit towards to the left. It is not noticeable at first as it moves very slowly but then a few minutes later it’s quite off. Is there a fix for this, and if so, how?
It could be due to a voltage drop during takeoff; you can try using a separate power supply with another battery.
I think I’ve seen something similar, but have to confirm with the camera running off a BEC.
Hello! Please check the gimbal working mode of A8 mini, which can be checked in SIYI FPV, UniGCS, and SIYI Assistant software.
There may be offset in the locked mode, which needs to be improved by integrating flight control data with firmware versions of ArduPilot v4.5. x and above.
If you do not need to lock the mode, you can modify the working mode of the gimbal to follow or FPV.
