Sim_vehciles.py - "wscript" is unreadable

Hello,

I’m running into this error when running sim_vehicles.py. The problem is pointing to a syntax error in ardupilotwaf.py. I’m running on Ubuntu 18.04 and followed the steps https://ardupilot.org/dev/docs/building-setup-linux.html#building-setup-linux instructions

I suspect that version of Ubuntu is too old. Are you able to upgrade?

Otherwise, try calling Python3 directly:
python3 sim_vehicle.py -v copter --console --map -w
