Setting MOT_THST_HOV from logs

Hi!
I am new to the Drone Building Community. So recently made my first drone ever. Gave it a test flight. Here are a few things that I observed:
First flight, done in Stablize mode. Observed wobbles so turned the basic tuning down to 0.0673.
Second flight, did in AltHold Mode, Moved the Throttle above 50% but felt like drone took off after a delay. I am aware that, in this mode, the throttle stick controls the climb of the drone. But i felt like the throttle was not responsive.Here is the log plot that I have:

I would love some guidance on this.
