Servoless quadplane

Hello folks
I was just wondering, is it possible to build servoless quadplane?
So, let’s say X8 with four lift motors.
Can it be controlled with motors only like normal quadcopter, but with pusher porp and additional lift from wing?

I mean, no moving control surfaces at all, when flying in plane mode. All the controlling the plane by lift propellers.
