I want to build a ROVER with Hover Board wheels.

Yea, I misread your post. Thought you meant Hover board wheels and motors.
Without knowing the overall weight/torque requirements, it’s kind of hard to recommend parts.
Give me some suggestions, I need something that is really heavy. Because I plan on going into holes and tracks that are not good.
Again as also @Yuri_Rage stated. What do you call “really heavy” ? For me a truck with 2.8 tons and wheels of around 1050mm diameter is only a light truck. On rhis i use a 800W DC motor with a worm gear as “servo”
I apologize, you are right. I didn’t say what is heavy.
So here we go, I imagine that my cart will weigh between 35 and 40 kg and will carry a load of up to 70 kg.
I would like to make a steering system with 2 servo motors or a worm gear system.

May I suggest the Hitec D845WP? I use two of them in my 1/5 scale rally car. The servos are attached to an AP_Periph hanging on the car’s DroneCAN bus.
These are the prior versions of the servo; the D840WP.
