The question about settings of the Servo.
I am connecting Servo to the AUX1, but it is not moving. Servo SG90 - and it should work from 5v, so the AUX should be enough but servo is not moving when i am sending signals from transmitter. In the Radio calibration i am receiveng the signals well.
there is the config from all settings
I belive AUX1 is not SERVO1. If You have i.e. 8 IO PWM outputs, and 6 AUX, then AUX1 would be SERVO9, as SERVO1..8 are IO PWMs.
No, Set the SERVO9 as Aleiron - not working servo
Set it as RCIN - also not working
Which FC You use? Do You have VDDSERVO present? I think servo power rail needs to be powered separately, so at least one wire with power needs to be connected to servos rail. Do not have pixhawk on my desk at the moment to check.
i am using CubePilot Orange+ with ADSB-In
thanks, but i do not have the ESC and motors. Servo is SG90 with three contacts. Or should i put the power to the servo separately and from cube use just the signal?
you need to plug a 5v BEC into the servo 5v rail to power it as the pixhawk does not supply it power.
something like this
ok. that what i am asking - does it mean that from cube i will use just signal?
Exactly. Power rail for servos is just shared for servos, but not powered by Cube. Connecting BEC to one of pins on power rail will provide power for other servo pins.
Thanks. And is it possible to connect the Lipo Battary to the Cube Power1 and connect the cube with USB to the PC. Will not damage the PC USB?
thats fine to do that they are isolated.
Be sure to check the orientation of the servo connector. its negative to the top on pixhawk controllers, so its common to end up connecting them inverted.
Thanks. i will try it
i have connected the external battery to the power1 and servo to aux1 and main out 1 and they still not working
I think some better and more detailed description of Your setup would be required. Best would be diagram what is connected where. Also would be good to just take a multimeter and check if there is voltage present on servo power as expected. Also make sure servo is connected properly to the FC as well. Perhaps some photo of the setup.
ok. there is my ardupilot
to the cube i have connected servo it does not matter to which chanel - all chanel not working
i have connected separate battery to the power 2 - also tried to power1 - does not matter i have connected separate battery to the servo
there are my config for servo
the cube does not provide any signal to signal pin - i have checked all pins on the aux and main out
if your powering the servo separately with a battery it needs to have the ground and signal connected to the pixhawk. 9v is too much for servos you will probably damage them.
i have connected to the power aux1 5v
and connected servo to aux but signal is not provided not to the aux and main out - i think the problem in the settings, because i have checked the servo on the arduino board and it is working, but cube does not provide any signal to aux and main out ground also connected to the aux
I have connected the same way but my PixHawk4 with the Cube Orange+
does not provide any output to the signal pin. I have checked all signal pins and there is no any changes when i am making any switching on the transmitter. There is should be just the configuration problem in the cofig, because i have the +5 v on the all power rail with AUX and Main out - But signal does not send any changes and the servo is not moving on any chanel
