Sda and scl connecting to rts and cts

Hi what is correct sequence to connect sda and asl to cts and rts please mant thanks

SDA and SCL are the I2C communication bus.
RTS and CTS are part of an UART communication bus together with RXD and TXD.

These are two very different things. They do not connect together, at all.
