Running an Air Filter on Nitro Helicopter?

Hi All,

I’ve noticed that my helicopter doesn’t seem to be running an air filter which seems a little risky?

The engine is an OS MAX-37SZ-HRING and runs really nicely since I bought it second hand and started tuning it.

My guess is that it didn’t use to run one before I owned it but some advice on this would be great.

This seems off topic, but, yes, it is risky (engine life). You can try a K&N filter, and put K&N oil on it, or castor oil (never put any other type).
