Rover with rover 4.6.2 Skid Steering

I’m using a Pixhawk 4 Orange Plus to build a skid-steering rover. It has four motors: the front and rear wheels on the left are assigned to 73 (left throttle), and the front and rear wheels on the right to 74 (right throttle).

In a skid-steering setup, when turning left or right, each side’s wheels rotate at different speeds. I’d like to adjust how much each side rotates during a turn - for example, when turning left, I want the left wheels(inner side) to rotate more than they currently do.

Is there a way to configure this rotation ratio directly? Can it be tuned beyond just setting the skid radius or adjusting through my joystick control?
