Rover Hold with OA_TYPE 3 Issue

Hi,

I have a problem that the rover can breach fence and hold when it runs by auto mode with oa_type=3 in Mission Planner with Simulation. Can you tell me the reason why it holds and how I can do.
It’s my parameter, fence, and WP.
