Replicate Circle motion in Guided mode using dronekit

Hello,
Why is the manual climb rate required in some modes i.e Throttle in Circle mode, why is it not fully automatic?
If i want to replicate this in guided mode, how should i go about it?

You’re describing Solo’s Orbit shot mode. It’s in one of the OpenSolo
repos somewhere…
