Relative Accuracy of RTK Float on Here+

Hi guys,

I have a Here 3 / Here+ RTK combo. It takes me about 25 minutes to get an RTK fix, and sometimes even then it sometimes reverts back to RTK Float.

(1) Since I only care about relative accuracy, will RTK float have cm level relative accuracy?
(2) What are tips to get RTK fix faster / more stable?

Since some days RTK fixed is gotten, and others not, it may be because of satellites positioning.

May be HDOP=0.4 is excellent, and HDOP=0.6 very bad. It changes along the day.
