Realflight and flight testing

I’m testing models I been making in the hope i can understand why my tail sitters are flying odd. As a test I loaded a quad VTOL model for a customer and it’s fling 100 percent in QLOITER.

@rmackay9 I think basically it’s a bi motor issue. Sorry for not nailing it down more. Funny I was wanting to show a new Paint program I been testing that will work with Blender.

Test #2 Copter in realflight standard config running dev firmware, I programed the loiter settings to smooth breaking and disabled the LOIT_OPTION to zed. I also recalibrated the radio. Flight mode Loiter. You decide it the Yaw looks aceptable. My CG is right but it looks like its 1m above the bird.

Test #3 classics vtol

Seems ok in Loiter. This model can be seen in one of Andrews Youtube videos.

Test # 4 Tilt rotor. Loiter flight mode tested. Overall looks good. BTW this is my fav VTOL setup.

Getting a wee bit of shake but that’s the beauty of Realfight. Just back off the PID and it fine.

Test # 5 twin motor tailsitter this seems not to like Loiter. The pre change loiter flew fine.

New spline waypoints.

One cool thing is porting the 3D mesh to Realflight.

This is a head scratcher, Flight mode Loiter, just a little bit of yaw input on the radio.I think i’m seeing yaw breaking?
