In one of my copters I found that:
RC_OPTIONS is set to 32
What that means. For what is is used for. I can’t found the description 
No it is not.
It is 2^5 means that only Arming check throttle for 0 input.
It is the default value.

If you simply click on the value in Mission Planner the Dialog check box that opens will show you what the bit mask value means…
