Radio Calibration Pixhawk 2.1

I have two new Pixhawk 2.1 the most recent version, both loaded with octoquad and cant get one of the pixhawk’s to show any bars on the radio calibration screen.

I have reloaded the firmware and also swapped the carrier board with no luck

Has anyone any suggestions

Not an answer, but how did you manage to load the octoquad
fw to the board, I cant even get that done?

Old thread, but the topic is still relevant: I had the same problem with Copter 3.5.5 and 3.6.0: Both QGroundControl and Mission Planner would not show any RC activity in the RC calibration screen. APM Planner worked until one of the other two ground control stations had talked to the Pixhawk 2.1 (then a Pixhawk restart was necessary). Flashing Copter 3.4.6 using APM Planner fixed the problem for me.
