i have betafpv lite 3 transmitter and nano 915mhz receiver,they bind then i go into mission planner radio calibration,the green bars show but they do not move,have matek 765wse fc

yes,tx6 rx6.and parameters serial7 protocol= 23,serial7 options=0,rc options=32
Are you using subs? What protocol does receiver support.
Plus I would suggest connect the servo to receiver directly to check whether there is a connectivity between receiver and transmitter is ok.
