Quick Vibration Sanity Check

So, going though the Meth. Config, I ended up lookin at vibe, x, y,z,
Just a sanity check. This chart says the drone is trying it’s best to fly apart right?
So maybe prop issues? Maybe a balance might fix? Or?

Stay away from that stuff, it probably wont help :frowning:

Correct, vibes over about 30 are bad and probably causing issues beyond just messing with Autotune. Some of the new accelerometers can handle higher, but why push your luck.

X and Y looks the worst, so yes could be prop balance.
Although Z axis is not far behind, so probably check wiring and flight controller mount, anything that could be enhancing vibrations. Make sure nothing is touching the flight controller.

Post a few pictures of your build, props, flight controller etc.

This can be helpful when trying to diagnose issues.

Also post the bin file of that log, this can be helpful to find other issues.

Thanks Everyone.

Prsh8ya see below, pics. I also uploaded the newest BIN.
I changed out the props to good 15" carbon fiber ones.
The UAV flies, but poorly.

Maybe I should unhook two opposite motors and fly that, so narrow down what’s up?

BIN Link.

THANKS!

There’s a big torque split between the CW and CCW motors. With those round arms it’s likely that they aren’t all level.

Fixing that might not help the vibration but it will improve the tune or it’s ability to be tuned.
