With this equipment + standard RC plane equipment(transmitter, receiver, esc, servo, motors), would this be enough for waypoint missions using GPS+ compass?
That flight controller has been obsolete for years. And posting additional questions in a new thread regarding the same issues you raised in another thread is bad practice.
