QuadPlane Pitch not tracking DesPitch

I am building a tiltrotor quadplane and the plane tends to drift in Quad modes like Q_Stabilize and Q_Hover even in a windless environment. From the log file, it seems that the Pitch and Roll values do not follow the DesPitch and DesRoll. Any suggestions about what can be done to correct this?
