Quadplane Jump Jet Design

Hi all,

I have an ambitious project. I would like to build an all-electric model F35 jump jet using the Quadplane code. My guess is that I’ll need to apply the quadcopter code in the “plus” configuration, that is for/aft motors are in the roll axis and outboard wing motors on the pitch axis. The challenge is to rotate the rear motor so that it propels the model forward.

Can Quadplane handle the “plus” configuration?
Can I set up a separate channel to rotate the rear motor to transition for forwarding flight?

I understand the dynamics get a bit wacky during the transition with this config.

cheers

Yep

It should do this automatically as you throttle up or down in a forward flight mode
