Quadcopter descended until it collided with the ground in auto mode

Here is the data flash log of my two auto flights. First one was succesful. I tried the same mission but in 4 metres again in the second flight but in the middle of it, the quad slowly crashed into the ground. I will be really thankful if you enlighten me about what I do wrong.

Note: The quadcopter is over-powered by 3:8

I don’t see any evidence of that with a MOT_THST_HOVER value of .523 and these outputs:

Anyway it looks like Motor 2 lost thrust but it’s strange that Motor 1 didn’t drop to compensate.

Battery monitoring doesn’t appear to be configured right which could help.
