Hi,
My Quad consists of:
Pixhawk 2.4.8 , GPS, Rx
F450 frame
2S LiPo battery with 3000mah , 50c
2212 920KV motor
30A ESCs
I tried to fly it today and push the throttle all the way up and it could take-off but just 20cm from ground. it couldn’t go higher.
I checked the logs for RCIN and RCOUT.
This is RCIN for CH3
This is RCOUT for CH1-2-3-4
I see that I could the throttle was at maximum (almost 2000) and RCOUT are all max.
does this mean my motors are not strong enough to lift the Quad or the battery is not able to provide more power and I have to use 3S or 4S ?
You did not read chapter 1 of the guide. It describes that you should use ecalc multirotor before you buy the parts.
The copter is too heavy

No way will 2S battery power work. If you are using 10" props as is standard with these junk frames you will need 3S and no more than 1kg take-off weight.

The link is in the methodic configurator copter guide section 1, that automatically opens when you execute the software.
Or you google for “ecalc multirotor”.

Got any of this junk stuff?
Hardware to avoid
3s or 4s should help, but its not an ideal setup.
