Quad Plane Issues

I have done ESC calibrations, gain tuning, and checked and double checked all of my settings. I am assuming more gain tuning def needs to be done, but I am wondering if it is the setup I am running? I am running Hacker Motors with ESC speed controllers. These pieces are made for Fixed wing aircraft. I am wondering if this could have something to do with the issues I have been having.

Fixed wing ESCs are too slow to respond to the rapid changes needed to maintain a hover. You can see this in how your plane started wobbling until it was out of control.

Use a ESC meant for a multirotor on your four QuadPlane motors. This type of ESC will typically be loaded with SimonK or BLheli firmware. Years ago, we loaded the firmware ourselves but today the multirotor ESCs are readily available.
