Quad-copter is miss-behaving during flight, the accel and compass calibration has been done. The drone is auto-tuned and did stable flight before but it suddenly started the imbalance movement on air. Could anyone assist in reviewing the log? Please find the attached log in the drive link.

It sounds like you did not methodically configured your vehicle.
It sounds like you did a couple of steps and assumed it was done.
Are you willing to configure it correctly to get optimal and safe results?
You are running old firmware, you missed some Initial parameters and the notch filter was not configured. All things to do before running Auto Tune. The craft is underpowered/overweight and looks like thrust loss on Motor 4.
Could you point out the steps, that would be a great help
You could update the firmware, reset to default and use The Configurator as @amilcarlucas was suggesting.
