PSC_VELXY_FILT vs. PSC_VELXY_D_FILT

The wiki says these are both filters on the P and I terms, which I assume is a typo.

Is it that PSC_VELXY_FILT is for P and I, and PSC_VELXY_D_FILT is for D?

Anyone have suggestions on suitable values for these for small high powered quads? Is the default of 5Hz good, and what would be the symptoms of a poor choice? Is it like the other filter values where smaller quads need higher values?
