problema en velocidades de esc´s

We’re having a speed problem with our hexacopter. To give you some context, I need help or guidance because I don’t know what to do to fix the signal imbalance between the ESCs and the motors. The signal is very uneven across all of them. My progress so far includes ESC calibration and adjusting several parameters in the full parameter list, so I don’t know what to do now.

If you are trying to do some sort of test on the ground, it is invalid. There are no conclusions to be drawn via open loop testing like that.
