Hello. I did verifying performance with dataflash logs in stabilize mode but the plot is bad - lines do not overlap. What could be the reason?

There’s a few possibilities here.
First of all, your Rate Imax is way too low. You should set them to 4500 in the Advanced Params/Full Parameters List tab. This allows you to exceed the maximum value of 1800 of the Extended Tuning tab.
Then, do you have any Rate FF terms for Pitch and Roll? You need some. I’m guessing you don’t.
And finally, I would guess looking at your numbers, that your swashplate has not been levelled. That will help too.
