POWER2 port sparked on Pixhawk Orange Cube +

Hello!
The issue arised when the Pixhawk was already powered from a 5v BEC through POWER1 port. Another power cable which was connected to a Power Brick Mini module, was inserted into POWER2 port and the port began to spark. Both cables were tested and verified for 5v output beforehand.

The metal contacts specifically for GND pins on the POWER2 port are slightly burnt, but are present and show connectivity with eachother. The other power port, serial ports and the Pixhawk itself are working normally.

Has anyone faced this issue? Is it safe to supply backup power supply from the port again?

All your symtoms show a large missmatch of the potential of your powerlines causing such heavy current.
So either your two powersources have not a common ground or you have polarity failure.
First you can check if your FC is still working with both ports by connecting one and the same powersource to only one port and than to the other. If both tries work fine you can be lucky that the FC is not damaged to much.
Than check your open powerlines only connected to the two powersources and measure all pins of one connector to all other pins of this and the other connector with multimeter
