Potential thrust loss, could it be because of Li-Ion battery?

Hey!
I tried to play with the copter payload and suddenly received this error.
I am using Chinese noname 5010 750kv motors with 40A ESC and 1355 props. Full weight is ~2.5 kg. I guess it must be okay for these motors.
But my batteries are Li-Ion, based on 18650 elements(first is 3S2P LG HE4 5ah, second is 3S3P LG HG2L 9ah)
I attached logs for it. I checked that RCOUs for motors are very different, but the payload was not really centered. Also, I don’t know how to interpret voltage, it seems that it drops very fast but I don’t know the normal behavior for it.

If I build 3S4P battery, will it be ok? Or maybe I need to switch to 4S? Or Li-Ion is not suitable for such setup?

Those batteries can’t supply the current required. They are sagging to <9V and the Motor outputs are maxed out. 4S might work.
