Please advise correct HNOTCH / Notch configuration

With this low amplitude vibrations on 45Hz and 450Hz - - should I just ignore them?
And what about the odd peak at 500hz?

It looks strangely symmetrical, Ignore the high frequencies. The only real peak is at 45Hz. Suppress that one, the others should then disappear.

What should I do with INS_HNTCH_REF ?
Documantation say: (For throttle-based scaling, this parameter is the reference value associated with the specified frequency to facilitate frequency scaling of the Harmonic Notch Filter.)

is it as simple as using MOT_HOVER_LEARN = 2 and then entering the hover throttle demand?
