Pixhawk to pozyx connection (bcn parameters)

I have tried to do Pozyx configuration through ground station for this your non-GPS loiter mode using BCN parameters. However, my Pixhawk is not compatible for its developer software. With pozyx, is it a must to configure through our ground station for its non-loiter mode? Is there alternative for the mentioned issue?

Even with customised code the gcs tools should work. What have you changed?
Anyway, you can manually change the necessary parameters by saving the param file and editing with a text editor. Have you tried mavproxy as the gcs?
Of course, if the version of Ardupilot you are developing on is old, the beacon support might not be there (so you may need to update).
