Pixhawk Servo Pan Issue

Hi geniuses,

I am working on an Arduplane set up right now and I would like to enable the 6th channel for a simple pan servo. Nothing fancy, no gimbal, just pan. I am using the Turnigy 9XR and the calibration tool on the Mission Planner shows me that the channel is active and moving as it should. However, when I plug the servo on CH6 from the Pixhawk output, the servo is not responding. I did enable the RC6 function from the Mission PLanner from the Full Parameter list.

I downgraded my Mission PLanner to version to 3.0.1 since as we know, 3.0.3 doesn’t allow telemetry.

Any ideas how to make it work?

Thank you thank you thank you.

@Tushevs Aerials,
How are you powering the Pixhawk Servo Output bus power rails?

My Pixhauk is powered by the power sensor brick and 5vBEC from the other side (Zenner diode mod), however

“RC Pass through” (1) is what you have to select and not “mount_pan”(6)
Now Ch5 or RC5 work perfect from the Pixhawk !
I guess it will be the same if you want to use head tracker.
