Pixhawk pitch glitch

I bought the pixhawk recently along with 3DR motors and 35 amp castle creation efc’s ebay.com/itm/310812480414?ss … 1439.l2649 It flew great right out of the box!! Very nice. Set my 7 channel Futaba and tested loiter, alt hold, simple mode, auto with missions… flew perfect. Not a single glitch , until now. Literally I now have a glitch or ‘twitch’ while in loiter, or alt hold. It seems only in the pitch not roll. If I have it it loiter it jumps up either in the front or back for just a millisecond and then goes back down. You can hear the motors increase and decrease all in a micro second and it makes the whole quad ‘twitch’ forward or backward. It does NOT do this in Stabilize mode. I have tried the folowing to correct this. Soldered all connections from the ESC’s directly to the motors. Distribution board is soldered too of course. Reset all conections to the pixhawk. Reflashed the pixhawk’s firmware with MP. Calibrated the ESC’s. Looked at all the pids. I don’t really know what I’m looking at there but they all seems stock. The gains for roll seem the same for pitch. And I never tried or needed to tweak anything. The one thing I’m wondering is right before this started I decided to try and set up my channel 8 for simple mode on or off. However I do not have a 8 ch radio only a 7. So I simple took the 8 ch input wire from ppm encoder and put it in my 6 channel spot. A little odd to have a dial for simple mode on and off but it’s good enough for me. It was after this it started. I also reset the RX to the TX and put the 6 ch wire from the encoder back to 6 ch spot in the RX. But no luck it still does it!! Dang it!!

So I’m at a loss to figure it out. Very disappointed because it flew so sweet!!! I’ve set up a APM 2.5 in my plane and have been very impressed. Bought another one on ebay… from China… POS. big mistake. So I bit the bullet and got the best. I know it must be something simple but I can’t figure it out. If somebody could help I sure would appreciate it!!!

Here’s a t-log. Hopefully it’s one with a flight and not just sitting on my bench. The one I wanted to send was only a 2-3 minute flight but it was too big to post.

loaded ‘plane’ then re loaded ‘copter’ this reset all the params to stock. This fixed my glitch! Thanks Craig3DR for the suggestion in another thread here viewtopic.php?f=21&t=6313
