Pixhawk, Jetson nano, mavlink protocol, mission planner

I would like to transfer the location of the target taken from processed video via Jetson Nano, to the ground station. Should I send the data to the pixhawk and then to the ground station via mavlink. İn this case, how can I store the location data on Mavlink. Otherwise,should I send it via second communication module connected to Jetson Nano.
