Pixhawk + Here+ - With Rover stand alone

I m confused , can I have my Pixhawk and Here+ working without the base GPS ? only with the Rover ?

this is the problem with Pixhawk, almost impossible to get information’s for beginners.
Then this very good “project” goes down and nobody know why…… amazing

RTK requires the correction data, so you need either a base, or access to an NTRIP feed, to provide it (via telemetry).
Without one of those, the Here+ will work as a normal gps, but no rtk
