Pixhawk has major Issues...I think

I followed the Copter Home and calibrated everything and updated everything. But nothing seems to take. I think I need to do a complete and total reset on everything, but I’m not sure where to start…mainly because I’ve tried everything to get this off the ground. I’m at a loss for what to do.

I don’t get a GPS lock.
MP is “unable to detect board type” (after a supposedly successful firmware update)
I have Bad Gyro health

So, is my Pixhawk bad? Can it be re-done/Start over?
Should I run the MP “wizard”?
