I am new to Pixhawk. I was wondering if it would be possible to fly with a different flight controller and use the Pixhawk just for geotagging. My setup is now a gimbal with Panasonic GH4 underneath an octocopter with ZeroUAV flight controller (or a DJI A2 in other setup). Remote camera trigering is through a gentLED RC Shutter and Zoom for GH4 cable. All good but no GPS tagging. That is why i thought maybe a pixhawk could do the trick (not being flight controller). Do you guys think that this would be possible to trigger GH4 through the pixhawk who would then save the GPS data on triggering.
