Hello everyone. I have a problem. I’m building a Holybro X500 V2 kit. There’s a Pixhawk 6c flight controller and telemetry from Holybro. The ArduPilot firmware. I am unable to connect the drone to Mission Planner or Qgroundcontrol via this telemetry. The modules on the flight controller and the laptop find a connection between each other, but the programs do not see them. Please tell me what the problem might be and what can help!
The most common causes of these issues are incorrect wiring (you must connect TX → RX and RX → TX) and incorrect baud rate.

hank you all for the answers, as a result, the problem was the lack of the necessary drivers for the system. I needed the VCP and D2XX drivers for the FTDI port, which I did not have installed automatically.
