Pixhawk 4 or pixhawk 6c mini for agriculture applications?

Hello Guys recently I am building a agricultural drone on eft g06 frame so I am confused which one to use pixhawk 4 or 6c mini as I found pixhawk 4 in stock and relatively less price and gps M10 or m9n ?
