Pixhawk 2.4.8 servo and motor don't work

Try set up flywing ,but servo don’t work at all . Motor don’t work . I can start spinning but with twitching . Most likely need calibration esc ,but i don’t use standard telemetry and controller ,try use for this raspberry and gamepad,in this case standard esc calibration not working . In mission planner> servo out have signal on servo in stabilization fly mode and with arming ,but servo not move .
When try calibration esc have signal on throttle but when connected battery lost them in fly mode lost them too . When connected motor on servo7 pins haven’t signal (in servo out) when arm ,but motor spinning with twitching in takeoff and circle fly mode (have signal in servo out).
