Pixhawk 2.4.8 FC flashing white light

Hi Everyone,
I am using pixhawk 2.4.8 FC I did firmware installation then set the default parameters at the time FC was good then i did ESC calibration and motor test. After accel calibration it turning on white flash light also not initialising. How I can debug the issue?

What version firmware; Pixhawk1, Fmuv3?
