Will the pixhawk clones be update to firmware 4.0

I’m having a problem, I follow the steps in MP ,
Select x quad frame and then I have to select the board type and I have tried pixhawk1 , fmu2 and fmu3 and the results are the same , it downloads the firmware , I unplugged pixhawk click ok and plug it Back in and it searches for comport and I get ERROR - No Response from board,
I am able to connect board to my computer through the comport
Any reason from not being able to update
Try with QGroundControl. Select these settings:
After that connect with Mission Planner if that’s what you want to use.
