PCB design files without buried vias

I would like to make my own board (order PCB, components, and solder myself), but I only found one “open hardware” board that actually had any PCB design files (Hardware/FMUv3_REV_D at master · pixhawk/Hardware · GitHub). Sadly, JLCPCB cannot do buried vias, so I couldn’t order from them, and so far all the other PCB houses would charge over $150. I really didn’t want to spend that much…

Are there other hardware design files anyone is aware of, hoping some of them would not have buried vias? Or a similarly cheap PCB house as JLCPCB doing buried vias?

Well, I guess I concentrated too much on finding something design with Altium or KiCAD, I found an older version (Hardware/FMUv2 at master · pixhawk/Hardware · GitHub) designed with Eagle. Let’s see if it has buried vias…

I would still like to know if there’s something else out there.
