How can I get the default .params files for the new 3DR Aero?

The 1900 cruises at 12m/s rather than 15 m/s. The P’s will be a little higher, but the 1880 (Aero) is fairly close. You should run auto tune on it, but the Aero Params will get you close enough to fly safely.
