OSD parameters not available (4.0.7)?

Hello,

just building my first DIY copter, installed Ardupilot 4.0.7 on a Cube Orange. As not all parts are there yet I start to configure what I can do so far. Plan is to have the CaddX Vista on board, so I tried to setup MSP as written in the docs: OSD_TYPE = 3, SERIAL2_PROTOCOL = 33, MSP_OPTIONS = 0

However I only could set the serial protocol, both other options are just not there, not in the params tree, not in the complete parameter list.

Does the Vista needs to be attached to the serial Port first ?

You need 4.1 for MSP support. So flash the latest Beta version (4.1.0-beta8 as of today).

that did the trick, thanks a lot.

Installed 4.1.0 beta8, could set the two missing parameters. After reboot, complete OSD parameter group shows up, as expected.
