Will the Telemetry/OSD Y-cable adapter cable for APM 2.6 and 3DR Radio V2 work with the pixhawk? I bought an OSD last year for my APM 2.5 but now want to use it for the Pixhawk.

No, the Y cable is for APM only which uses a 5 pins connector, you can modify the that Y cable to use it with the Pixhawk which uses a 6 pins connector. See attached document.
