Optical flow and Ultrasonic sensor

Hello.
Can j connect at the same time Ultrasonic Sonar module and Optical Flow Sensor to APM 2.8?
Optical flow works on 3.3v, and Ultrasonic sensor 5v?

I believe that the APM2.8 may not have sufficient processing power to be able to process both optical flow and sonar inputs at the same time.
Anyway, here is how to mate the APM2.8 with the PX4 Optical Flow Sensor: http://copter.ardupilot.com/wiki/common-px4flow-overview/. You will note that the Wiki does not show how to connect the Optical Flow Sensor to an APM2.x. Only the Pixhawk.
