Hey everyone,
I’m trying to get the OSD working on my Omnibus F4 V3S running ArduPlane (OMNIBUSF4 target), but I’m stuck.
The camera is connected to VIN of the FC and VTX to VOUT, but in my goggles I only get a completely black screen.
When I bypass the flight controller and wire the camera directly to the VTX, the video is perfectly clean, so the camera and VTX are working fine. I also went through the usual checks on the software side. There are no OSD-related messages showing up in the messages tab, and the OSD parameters all seem correct - OSD_TYPE is set to 1, and both OSD1_ENABLE and OSD2_ENABLE are enabled. Still, no overlay and no video output at all through the FC.
Everything is wired correctly and the board powers up normally, so at this point I’m not sure if it’s a firmware issue with this specific V3S revision or something else I’m missing.
Any input would be great.
