Odd behavior with GPS_TYPE parameter


I have a receiver from ardusimple that I configured to be a moving rover. As such, he is enable to send back the messages HW,HW2,PVT,RELPOSNED,TIMEGPS and DOP. It is also receiving corrections from externally.

It seems like everything is fine because when gps_type is 1, Auto, I get rtk fixed , but as soon I set the gps_type to 18, moving rover, and reboot, it becomes “NO GPS”.

Can someone explain this behavior?

When I change the gps type to 18, is it expecting something different from the messages I enabled? @amilcarlucas?
