Not sure what's wrong me? driver? pc?

My arduiplot was working. The next day i wanted to conf. my transmitter and i had the lipo plugged in now my pc won’t reconize the driver or port, i tried to reload driver but----(The hardware was not installed because the wizard cannot find the necessary software)----. i have winXP and apm2.5 and i cleared everything and tried the download 1.2.52 and driver but same story. Don’t know what to do? Be nice to me i’m old and tired :slight_smile:

Getting closer to the issue, I now realize that its not me, not pc, not driver.
The ardupilot comes up as (arduino mega 2560 DFU)
I did not notice the (DFU) I don’t want (DFU) !!!
But i don’t know how to switch it back??? anybody have an easy way to correct this? :slight_smile:
I’m not sure if i’m posting this correctly. old man.
